Terms of Use

1. Acceptance & Services
By accessing or using the AbstractOS platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. AbstractOS is a "Digital Business Operating System", offering AI-assisted code generation, content creation, digital artifacts, hosting, and an integrated toolset. We operate a Freemium model with plans Free, the Studios (Prisma, Business, and Marketing), and the Suite, alongside integrated tools (Genesis, Builder, Launchpad, SEO Analyzer, App Studio, Business Studio, Marketing Studio, and others). Continued use of the services constitutes tacit acceptance of any future updates to these terms.
2. Eligibility & Registration
To create an account on AbstractOS, you must be at least 18 years old, or, if under age, act with the authorization and supervision of a legal guardian. By registering, you commit to providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your access credentials (email and password). Any activity carried out on the account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you. Abstract reserves the right to refuse registration or close accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Plans, Credits & Subscriptions
The platform operates with an AI credits and subscription plan system. The rules are:
- Monthly credits (Free Credits) are made available according to the contracted plan, reset each billing cycle, and are non-cumulative.
- Stand-alone credits (Purchased Credits) acquired separately do not expire and are deducted after monthly credits are exhausted.
- Subscriptions (Studios and Suite) renew automatically on the registered card until canceled by the user.
- Abstract reserves the right to adjust prices and usage limits with 30 days prior notice.
4. Refund Policy & Cancellation
Refund and cancellation rules:
- Full refund within 7 calendar days of the first purchase of any paid plan (Brazilian Consumer Code, Art. 49), provided that no more than 20% of included credits have been used.
- After the withdrawal period, no proportional refund is provided for unused portions of a monthly subscription.
- Auto-renewal cancellation can be performed at any time via the user Dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
5. Intellectual Property
The Abstract brand, the AbstractOS name, the platform's source code, layouts, graphic interfaces, product flows, and all underlying technology are the exclusive property of Abstract Prisma Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The user receives a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms. Copying, reproducing, modifying, creating derivative works, distributing, or commercializing any element of the platform without express written authorization from Abstract is prohibited.
6. AI-Generated Content
AbstractOS integrates advanced AI models (Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, DeepSeek, and others) for generating sites, applications, texts, leads, and digital content. Regarding ownership and responsibility for outputs: (i) AI-generated content from your inputs is your property, subject to the licenses of the models used; (ii) due to the probabilistic nature of AI, inaccurate or inappropriate results ("hallucinations") may occur — always review content before production use; (iii) Abstract is not liable for damages arising from the direct use of AI-generated outputs without human review.
7. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited on the platform:
- Generating, hosting, or distributing illegal, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic, or violent/hateful content.
- Violating third-party intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, and copyrighted content.
- Using the platform for spam, phishing, social engineering, or any fraud.
- Attempting to access, copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of Abstract's code or infrastructure.
- Using scripts, bots, crawlers, or automations for excessive platform use beyond plan limits.
- Reselling or sublicensing platform access without express authorization.
- Engaging in activities that violate applicable laws, including LGPD, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable regulations.
- Performing any act that harms the availability, security, or integrity of the platform or other users.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
Abstract reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, in the event of a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment of amounts due, or by legal or judicial order. You may close your account at any time via the Dashboard or by contacting support. After termination, account data is retained for 5 years as required by tax obligations, and then irreversibly deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is", without explicit or implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose. Abstract will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee the absence of failures or interruptions. Under no circumstances will Abstract be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if warned of the possibility of such damages.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
The processing of personal data on the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at abprisma.com/legal/privacy, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018) and other applicable legislation. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
Abstract may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in legislation, services, or business practices. Changes will be communicated to your registered email and/or through a platform notice at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the city of Curitiba, State of Paraná, are designated as competent to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged.
