GitHub integration
When you connect GitHub, the code of the app you generate with AI in Prisma Studio is versioned in a repository under your control. You keep ownership of the code and the change history.
What this integration does
Version the generated code
The app code is pushed to a repository in your GitHub, with commit history.
Sync changes
Each new generation or edit can be reflected in the connected repository.
Ready for deploy
With the code on GitHub, connect a provider (like Vercel) to publish.
You own the code
The repository is yours — the code stays available even outside Abstract.
How to connect
- 1
Open Integrations
In the Prisma Studio dashboard, open the Integrations area.
- 2
Connect GitHub
Click connect GitHub and authorize via OAuth on GitHub's official screen.
- 3
Pick the repository
Select (or create) the destination repository for the app code.
What we access
Transparency on the access this integration requires.
- Access to the repositories you authorize, to create and update the generated app code.
- We do not read repositories unrelated to the app you are generating.
- The token is encrypted at rest and can be revoked at any time.
