What is Marketing Funnel?
A marketing funnel is the stage-based representation of the customer journey: from awareness to repurchase, with conversion rates between stages.
The classic TOFU/MOFU/BOFU (top/middle/bottom) or AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) funnel maps each stage with appropriate content: TOFU educates, MOFU compares, BOFU converts.
Modern funnels are not linear — they became loops (AARRR) or flywheels (HubSpot). But the logic that "someone must know you exist before buying" still applies.

Frequently asked questions
Is the marketing funnel dead?
The journey became non-linear, but stage hierarchy remains useful to align content, offer and message.
Are TOFU/MOFU/BOFU and AIDA the same?
Similar concept; TOFU/MOFU/BOFU is content-marketing language, AIDA is classic copywriting.
